ARKAIA products are designed and tested for reliable outdoor performance. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to lighting functionality only, subject to the terms below.

✅ What is Covered Under Warranty

• Non-functioning LED light due to manufacturing defect

• Light not turning ON after proper solar charging

• Abnormal dimming or flickering caused by internal component failure

Warranty applies only if the product has been installed and used as per the instructions

❌ What is NOT Covered

Warranty will not be provided in the following cases:

• Physical or cosmetic damage (broken body, cracks, bent parts, burnt panels)

• Damage caused by dropping, mishandling, force, or improper installation

• Water damage due to incorrect placement or tampering (despite waterproof rating)

• Damage caused by extreme weather events (floods, storms, lightning, fire)

• Battery degradation over time (battery is a consumable component)

• Use in shaded or indoor areas where direct sunlight is not received

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

• Normal wear and tear

Important Solar Usage Conditions:

• Product must be installed outdoors only, in a location receiving direct sunlight for at least 6–8 hours daily

• Warranty claims due to insufficient charging, shaded installation, or indoor use will not be accepted

Warranty Registration:

To activate warranty support, customers must complete the warranty registration form within the warranty timeline mentioned in the product details.

Resolution Method:

• If approved, ARKAIA will repair or replace the product at its discretion

• Replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period

Final Disclaimer:

ARKAIA reserves the right to inspect and reject warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions.
