  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For bulk or B2B orders, processing timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be possible in certain cases.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 6–10 business days

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERIES:
  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking the order as undeliverable.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order:

    • Re-shipping charges may apply

    • Refunds (if approved) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES:
  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

  • If accepted, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
