All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For bulk or B2B orders, processing timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
We currently ship across India.
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be possible in certain cases.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order:

Refunds (if approved) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES:
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
If accepted, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
